1.1. Administrators (clients): We collect your name and email address. Your name is used to recognize you within your company, and your email address is used to log in to Beekome and manage your account, including password management.

1.2. Candidates (users visiting clients' career sites): We collect your email address or phone number if you create job alerts on our platform.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

2.1. Administrators: We are authorized to process your personal information based on the contract signed between Rhaegal and the client.

2.2. Candidates: We are authorized to process your personal information when you create job alerts, as you must accept our policy before creating them.

3. Data Retention

Personal data is stored in our database in MongoDB Atlas. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

All job alerts are deleted after three months. Recipients used for job alerts like emails or phone numbers are encrypted in our database.

4. Data Processors and Transfers

We engage with the following third-party data processors to provide our services:

4.1. Rhaegal: They have access to personal data and manage our server.

4.2. CM.com: They process phone numbers and store their data in the Netherlands (EU).

4.3. Brevo: They process email addresses and store their data in the European Union.

4.4. AWS and MongoDB Atlas: They store their data in Paris, France.

4.5. Alfa-Safety: They are a subcontractor of Rhaegal but do not have access to personal data or the database.
